xbage Terms & Conditions

1.1 What "Platform" Means

"xbage Platform" refers to xbage's website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services through which users can participate in online betting, casino games, sportsbook, and other entertainment activities.

1.2 What "User" Means

Any individual registered on the xbage platform who holds and operates an active account in their own name and is at least 21 years of age.

1.3 What "Transaction" Means

Any financial deposit, withdrawal, or bonus earning and usage on a user's account is considered a "Transaction".

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on xbage, applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false age during registration will result in immediate account cancellation, and any stored balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may operate only one account on xbage. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and xbage reserves the right to cancel any bonuses and winnings.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the xbage support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.1 Deposits

Three mobile financial services can be used to deposit funds into your xbage account: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from an account is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile wallet used at the time of deposit.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on xbage are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

xbage is committed to preventing money laundering and suspicious financial activity. If any unusual transaction is detected, xbage may suspend the account and conduct an investigation, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = completing ৳37,500 in bets makes the bonus winnings withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated at the time the offer is made.
• Each account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• xbage reserves the right to cancel an account if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• Participation in promotional offers is entirely voluntary.

4.4 VIP Program

xbage's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is up to 0.4% at the Bronze tier, 0.8% at Silver, and 1.2% at Gold. You can advance to higher tiers through regular participation and activity on the platform. Applicable terms must also be met when withdrawing cashback.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbage platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity or a third party's information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Attempting to unlawfully interfere with the platform's software or game systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through automated software, bots, or any other technical means.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws of Bangladesh.

If any of the above activities are detected, xbage reserves the right to close the relevant account without notice and forfeit all balances.

6.1 Game Results

All games on xbage are operated through a fair and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Each game's result is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results. xbage is committed to ensuring fair play at all times.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error, server outage, or software issue, the relevant bet amount will be refunded to the user's account. In such cases, xbage's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if the odds change after a bet has been accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance will remain in effect. If an event is cancelled or suspended, xbage will settle the bet according to the applicable rules and refund the amount where applicable.
